Yeah... I am afraid of trying to get a job and failing. And I really just want something I can forget about at the end of the day. Before I had kids I was in operations/production support and they expected us to care/be available all the time (we were compensated for caring, but I don't want a life-fulfilling career, just work that I can do well). My ideal job ever since I was a kid is person-who-checks-people's-books-out-at-the-library, but I didn't go to school for that

I'm thinking about that! But since we afford to wait for something 'ideal' I don't think I will. I'm thinking about medical billing since I have a friend who has been in it for ... I don't know.. 20 some years, and got both of her daughters-in-law into it and certified but they aren't that interested in doing it. She said she would help me out (and she just got a really nice salary-work from home job, which is what I want, lol!).
I would LOVE to find a bookkeeping/accounting gig I could do at home. That very much appeals to my joy at wearing leggings all day lol. And my lack of liking people.

I might get into medical billing myself, I started classes for it when my son was born but with a newborn and working nights it didn't work out at the time lol. That and I want try and open a dog rescue someday :D We need property for that first so more of a long term goal for sure haha

Come on, Turk. You're not helping yourself. Assassin's Creed: Origins will be plunked into my mail box any minute now and I'm not going to be able to justify staring at this laptop instead of playing the shit out of that.

I have a job and am constantly afraid of failing.

I've put in 60 job applications this year and only got one interview and job offer.

This week I'm gonna do good at my job AND make $50 on here. DareAngel3 @DareAngel3 is holding me to it.

Also, this is the mondayest monday for me. Been up since 4:30 because of storms, still running late because every hit of thunder distracted my scardey-cat from eating. I have to watch my cats eat because the fat one will steal from the skinny one. Hydroplaned all the way to the farm, the farm is drowned and it's still raining and thundering constantly.

if we get a tropical event this were we will lose all of our trees and won't be able to drive for a damn week.
