The City is the least prepared for anything lol....East Bay is somewhat used to this especially starting this time of the year is when it is the real Bay Summer. It was really nice here all Summer long and only a handful of hot days.

I lived in the East Bay for a decade. It was much "nicer" than SF. Only a few miserable days each year.

I have been sitting in my cushy livingroom chair on and off for an hour. Every time I sat down and leaned back it made a, for lack of a better word, farting sound. I ripped the chair apart thinking seams were ripping in the cushion.

I totally gave it away, but...my cat just now walked out from underneath it. Apparently, she clawed it every time I sat down. For an hour.

At least it wasn't a snake or something more scary.
