Funny story, but I was looking up SF temps today and realized that in 2000 when it had it's hottest day ever was the day I ended up in an ambulance due to anaphylaxis and we had to drive around for an hour before finding a hospital that could take me (I was working in the FiDi then). The Bay is not prepared for this kind of heat!

The City is the least prepared for anything lol....East Bay is somewhat used to this especially starting this time of the year is when it is the real Bay Summer. It was really nice here all Summer long and only a handful of hot days.

Yes....been smoke filled for 3 days now...all those Siskyou County fires blowing down here. Yesterday I had to go to Fairfield and Vacaville and you'd swear it was burning there and not 100's of miles away
