Before I came over to the US, I was working as a self-employed locum pharmacist. Which meant I covered lots of different places and worked with some fantastic people. I kept getting job offers based on that. I went to an interview for one place, during the interview, they asked me how I dealt with conflict. I laughed hard and said, "After 5 years of conflict and no support from my boss, I dealt with it by walking away".but there's no conflict in this store that I'm interviewing for.
"Oh we thought we'd send you somewhere else instead."
Fuck that shit. I stayed self-employed.
