It really was, and was so moist. Are you near Columbia, then? My friend from Winston went to school out there. If I get my hands on some Cheerwine, that's exactly what I plan to do: bake a cake and make a bbq glaze with it..and well, drink the rest.

QT is pretty awesome, though I'm only familiar with it thanks to many trips to/from Tulsa and St. Louis. (My paternal genetics giver lives out in MO.) We don't have any QTs in OKC, but we do have OnCue now...which is like the Walmart version. I don't remember seeing any in Winston, either..just MobilMart and Hess.

Haha. I'm having a hard time proving my residency to the U of U. They said if I didn't have a paystub, then I had to show I had made a purchase in the state of Utah every four days for the last year. They also can't be online purchases. They also gave me the option of showing a library statement showing I had check out a book every four days for the last year. Righty ho.

Nothing on the ground yet, but it's winding up and there is a prominent funnel that keeps popping, heading right to her. I can't get ahold of her, and I'm worried as fuck right now. Trying not to freak out and trying to use my squared breathing, but still shaking.

Thank you. I just worry about her because she lives alone with her little dogs. It does seem to be shifting away from her, which is good. I don't mean to sound alarmist and didn't used to even think twice during storms, but those 2013 storms undid something within me and I get shaky. I'll be nervous until I hear from her. Even without a tornado, the hail is tennis ball size and the wind is insane. I figure the signal is being messed up since she's in a little town and the storm's overhead.
