finally got a good night's sleep! went to don't know how many yard sales yesterday on the old lincoln way. found some useful things like a "prepper" canning guide. need that. and a cherry pitter which was amusing because we went to the established hardware store downtown earlier this week to see if i could find one of those. walmart didn't seem to have any. got one for about 8$, the last one they had on shelf. then yesterday, was going through kitchen stuff at one sale and i said, "look." And there was another for a buck. so, now we have two. thrift sale at the fairgrounds today. going to hit that one also.
