Alright. Junior let me do my morning yoga without pinning me to the floor and sitting on my head so I will take that as a sign that it's going to be a good day.

I eat it 5 days a week, lol. It's got everything. Bread, cheese, eggs, and then I switch up the fixin's depending on what's available. But, I usually get bacon, onion, green pepper OR ham, bacon, sausage. Never really know. And they all have scrambled eggs and pizza cheese, on pizza crust. They're big slices too. I get one, sometimes 2. They fill you right up and it's hot and fresh. If I don't get brkfst 'za, I just get eggs, bacon, homefries, which they also do at the same place. It's only a stone's throw from my door. And, they know me so I can go over in my pjs and not feel awkward. All this talk of food, Imma make a run for it. Back with foods in a moment.

Noooooooooooooo. @themildone I would like to send you some of our rental luck. They are replacing our stove and letting us pay rent through paypal now.
In my last apartment, the neighbors got drunk and defecated in the basement then wrote poop with it on the walls upstairs.

You need to be documenting all of this stuff, there are a lot of laws to protect renters and well you seem to be having lots of them violated.

You should also demand them to bring out a company that inspects for mold because I'm sure your house has it with all of these water issues you've had.

oh, would ya look at that, my kitchen is flooding from under the baseboard behind the fridge because the AC STILL WASN'T FIXED. see y'all later. gotta go try to take care of this clusterfuck again. my whole place smells like mildew. this is fun.

Dang we are getting central air put in our house because right now all we have are a couple window A/C's hahaha

Looks like black mold. Which can make you very sick.

I get migraines anyway so I don't know if it's that or the mold. But my neighbor has asthma and if she goes in my son's room for more than a few minutes she starts coughing.

Take tons of pictures and do make that log of everything that is happening. Then try to clean it and get your hands on a dehumidifier if you can that will help. I'm so sorry I know it's even harder because you've got the LO.

Yea that's not good, the inside of that wall probably looks horrible.

If she is coughing and all that, there's a good chance there is black mold in the floor and the walls from all of the water. If your son shows any signs of respitory issues or gets frequent headaches...yea that's it.
