I tried to call the emergency line for my landlord and it said the phone is out of service. called the office to leave a message and halfway through my message it beeped and hung up on me. so now there's water covering almost half my kitchen AND my kitchen sink is completely clogged. fml.

You need to be documenting all of this stuff, there are a lot of laws to protect renters and well you seem to be having lots of them violated.

You should also demand them to bring out a company that inspects for mold because I'm sure your house has it with all of these water issues you've had.
