Do you know if its a private pilot certificate or a commercial pilot certificate?
Pretty sure private is sufficient. The reasoning is for it to be limited to people who know how to do flight plans and communicate with their area's air traffic controllers.

When I did my Private training it was made clear to me the requirements to make money off flying, you could get hired and make money but you could not have a willingness to fly for anyone for hire (gotta love FAA legalease). If its the same for drones I'm not sure that having a PPL would allow you to open up a photography business with drones (or any other business for that matter)

Sorry, I just got back and couldn't find anything on a quick search.
i didn't. all I had that wouldn't submit after finishing was a csats, and I immediately grabbed another once site came back
