I just did my first Anna Gabrielyan hit and could not get the google form to submit. I finally just submitted the hit and sent her all 50 sentences. It took 3 messages through the AMT interface because of the 1000 word limit. Hopefully, she manually approves; because it would really suck to get rejected after spending all that time writing. I'm going back to bed.
