Does anyone have any idea why Hit Tracker in MTS shows me having over 1800 pending hits when I only have 30? Should I just reinstall MTS?

I can't submit mine. All the fields are red saying please use proper format. I've done her hits a few times and know I'm using the right sentence format so not sure why it's saying I'm not.

Did that to me too, I ended up having to return it, when I've done the hit before also...maybe that's why?
