the survey seems to be broken with the age field not set up to accept a valid input and i could enter something to be accepted but i'd be worried the response might lead to a rejection.

You should just be able to pull the bottom window down to resize it. Put your cursor over the top line of the queue window and it should turn into an up and down arrow, then just click and pull it down to the size that you want.
