Actually, I was thinking about a system that you could put into winter coats for the arctic and whatnot, that would charge your phone or a heater, or whatever. If you use peltier elements and the inside of your coat is hot and the subzero outside is cold, you can convert that into electricity, converting the energy given off as heat into a usable current.
