I've had about $30 worth of HITs on Panda today. Doing the juggle between which to activate and deactivate as the PREs rise and the effectiveness of the Panda drops due to slowdown... but I still haven't caught anything worthwhile today.

Would you recommend using PANDA to someone who has never used it? Is it easy to use?

It's not a script or a tool.
Though that ability to do so is within many scripts.

It's a 100% needed method of gaining HITs.

I'd say grab Mturk Suite if you don't have that yet.
If you do start figuring out how to use HIT Catcher on it.

Alternatively you could install the panda crazy script but it's a bit more advanced.

panda isn't a tool, its more like a method of getting hits.

the term used to make sense back with the "old style" of mturk, but now it makes no sense and we use it cause we didn't feel like changing it.

It means that there is some script on a hit page that is automatically refreshing the page in hopes that someone returns a hit and you end up catching it.

and YES I would recommend it. My favorite tool is Mturk Suite, which has many ways to "panda"

Now of course @C to the J basically said my answer before I could post it, therfore stealing my thunder, but that is because he enjoys making me cry at 6:30 in the afternoon, forcing me to quit turking for the day and start drinking early. Excellent strategy.

Is this a case where I should do a TOS report to AMT? There is a HIT for filling out made up data in a form. You fill out the form and upload it to a Google site (appears to be their document cloud service). I'm not sure if it's kosher by AMT rules to upload a doc (even with made up data) to Google as the document would have my Google ID attached to it since it would have to be my login to Google in order to upload the document. I also suspect it could be phishing for a google ID as I'm not sure the login box I saw was from Google or some intermediate page so I didn't login thinking the worst.

yes, you are pretty much stuck to batches or hanging out on the hit finder page to be the fastest to click on a survey when you hear the chirp.
