Sounds about right. Yesterday my landlord told me he is selling the house I'm living in and that we could stay here until the new buyer takes over (and decides to either rent it out or kick us out because they want to live here) or we could move into the house next door that's still only a 2 bedroom and is only "$100 more per month". We can barely afford the rent at this place. I'm so done renting.

Side note : shooting less than an 1/8th of a mile from my house on Sunday AM, and just saw the news that there was an armed robbery and a man shot at the grocery store down the street in a rather well to do neighborhood.
