Soooooo is it not safe to multi-tab these 5s even though i know the answer? Like 4 tabs. Answer 1 correctly, move to next, answer 1 correctly, move to next, and then submit them after 20 seconds?

Unknown. If they can see you're submitting hits faster than one every 20 seconds, it could be unsafe. I stopped doing it. Not all 5s have this time limit and I don't want to risk my qual. Though, it sounds like it's been done a lot and people have not lost their qual over it, so....

Yea they want you to spend 20 seconds on each hit, not just cooking the timer to 20 on four tabs at the same time, if I'm interpreting your post correctly.

Just thought it might be helpful to point out a key part of the actual instructions on the HIT (bolded emphasis is mine):

"Accuracy on this task is extremely important. We are requesting that you spend at least 20 seconds on each task to ensure that the proper amount of time is being used to read each item carefully and complete research, if necessary."
