I thought it was just me having problems finding anything worthwhile. I decided to sleep until noon this morning. Got up and lazily did a little work but there just wasn't much to be found for me. I made more on Monday than I expected to make in a month at this so a wasted day isn't so bad I guess. This would be easier to get motivated for if there were something I wanted to buy. 1st world problems. When you have so much stuff you can't think of anything you want.

Did this because I was bored and wanted to see how accurate the TO was. I was surprised, it only took 5 minutes (would take less if there were more to do since the first time is always the slowest) and it approved in 1 minute.

You can include onions with the apples and briefly add a bit of balsamic vinegar to the pan when the sandwich is done toasting. It's really good. I also do something similar with strawberries and spinach on a grilled cheese. Though, I guess those would all be considered melts rather than grilled cheese.
