I'm thinking it is going to affect USPS service and that means some of Santa's gifts won't arrive on time!

i think we will be fine. USPS website reporting while collection box and counter hours may be shorter, mail delivery is on regular schedule on christmas eve.

I would be more concerned with technical problems related to the santa sleigh biofuel boost feature that is new this year and may cause santa delivery issues as the elves rushed to install it on the sleigh to have it ready for tuesday.

you probably wouldnt have seen it in the scraper. it was a zero dollar hit and i have my scraper set to 5 cents or greater tasks.
