I've done it and would do it again. At thanksgiving my mother made a comment about how i don't fit in or seem like a part of the family. Even my brother was appalled and surprised by the comment, but I wasn't.thanks
hard to imagine one would hate their family so much that they wouldn't come together on christmas morning but rather say "see ya - i'm going to colorado to ski" or head for the beaches.
pretty par for the course for her lol. doesn't bother me as much as it used to, but holidays really just bring stress and annoyance for me, not comfort and joy.
