They actually emailed me last night encouraging me to do it, so I'm assuming they're having a hard time getting enough people qualified for it. I've returned it every time I've caught it, but I'm really trying to do it this time. I think it will be one of those batches that will click once you get going on them, but my brain shuts down every time I read through the instructions.
I tried that hit a week ago and had a similar issue, I forget exactly what, but I see I returned it.
Did you check your submissions? It's been doing that to me a lot lately, but every survey has been in my submissions when it has happened.
