If ScoutIt job says "Extract purchased items from a shopping receipt (1-2 items)" but there are 20 items, am I expected to do all items on the bill, or just the first two. Scared of being rejected if I only do 2 !!

You have to do all on the receipt whether it be 1 or 100. I would stay away from ScoutIt because he does reject. Try 411Richmond, those are better.
