I don't know the answer to this, but I would try restarting the browser, see if that helps? If it's from a script (i don't remember) make sure that script is on.

Click the title. In a few seconds a "Panda" and "Once" buttons should show up in grey.

If it was me, i'd open the tampermonkey dashboard, disable the panda helper script. Then close and reopen the browser and then re-enable the script.
