Umm well I use it to grab hits off Hit Forker. Different people use different stuff, are you doing MTurkSuite?

It's all the same. The author of Panda Crazy on there is JonnyRS or "JR". It's basically "JR's Mturk Panda Crazy", but obviously Panda Crazy is easier to say.
