I've had that happen a few times before too, they can't see the windows.
Are you getting the message that you cant complete it because there is one assigned to you? If so try not to accept any for about 3 to 5 days because every time you accept and return I think it logs you as having another one assigned to you and the message says until the one assigned to you is officially closed. This has worked for others so might be worth a try for you.
it just says '#blocked' on the url when I click it. But I was able to do one of the ones I caught!
In that situation you need to exit out of the study tab and reopen it.
