Sorry mate, I went down again now a third time and now the package had arrived. USPS is constantly fucking up deliveries here in NYC so I thought I had another lost one. All is good.

This has happened twice now and they both found it, so I consider myself lucky. I also learned to only ship Priority during this and will probably start charging for insurance. No refunds from USPS if I only ship Parcel Select and cheaper ways like that.

My main tip would be confidence. I didn't let them focus on skills that I didn't have, I told them why they needed to hire me.
