This has happened to me 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Go to your queue, expand the "Items per Page" to 100 and open each and every one in a new tab. For some reason when my queue defaults to 10 per page it will not show a second page if I have a couple over? So I was having a hard time finding the active Z. The active one is probably not your oldest, that's what happened to me.

This has happened to me 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Go to your queue, expand the "Items per Page" to 100 and open each and every one in a new tab. For some reason when my queue defaults to 10 per page it will not show a second page if I have a couple over? So I was having a hard time finding the active Z. The active one is probably not your oldest, that's what happened to me.

I hope i dont experience that again, but if i do, i will try that. Thank you
