Generally, you get what you pay for with input devices. I am okay with spending more on quality mice and keyboards because these hands need to hold up for a few more decades or until we get telepathic implants...

Yeah it says, "Tiny USB Nano style receiver plugs into your PC and can stay there". If it was missing, try to get it from the seller asap or just get a refund on it. I can't think of any mouse/keyboard that would come without some sort of receiver/cable to plug in.

I'm a lot happier since I finally decided to buy a solid wired mouse with lots of buttons and a mechanical keyboard.
