That exact thing happened to me this morning. On weekends other staff use my computer and it throws me off.

i like quite a few beach body programs. t25 is a favorite. i dabble in the country heat since that's kinda my thing right now LOL

Finally caught the Yale Decision Making Game, and after waiting there were too many players...free 2 bucks I guess, and I'm allowed to try and play again in the future, but dang I really wanted to do it! lol

I tried Beach Body when it very first came out (like probably late 90s or early 2000s) and it was just awful. Maybe they've improved over the years. Or maybe I'll just be exercising with Cathe for life.

i don't like any of their older programs - i like insanity as well but never have the time for those videos. I adore Shaun T though, so I like his programs. He does T25, which is programs you can do in 25 minutes and kick your ass

Years ago I would find this shocking, but now I only find it appalling. It makes me think of that door mat "The more people I meet, the more I like my dog." or something along those lines.

Call me low class, I LOVE my AFLAC! Eye injuries are the best but I can't seem to convince a kid to do this one.
