what's that about?

Nothing wrong with constantly having goals! I do, and I'm old and have accomplished some stuff.

(because I set a goal, reached that one, then set another one, reached that, set another one...rinse and repeat)

No, that's a dick thing to do because it just creates more work for the people that do them properly. Also, with throttle, it's not like your queue is ever filling up anyway, so you might as well do the founds, too. You'll make more money that way.
