I am having serious sad panda moments, any ideas on good healthy coping mechanisms without going to a hospital (all they do around here is treat and street).

Of all the options...running, upbeat music, cute pictures, talking to someone...the thing that helped me the most is my dog. If you're able to get an animal, it can be life changing. Any time I'm feeling down I hug up on my boy...he'll either give me kisses or try and play fight with me, either one lifts my spirits. The loyalty and love that comes from a pet is powerful.

That being said, you have to find what works for you. Not every coping mechanism works for everyone. I wish you the best and you can PM me if you ever need to talk!

I definitely think what she did was fucked up. Maybe she should get fired, who knows what their reason is for keeping her. Xavier Woods was part of it too though so if they fired her they would have to fire him and he brings in big money for them. I think there's been so many scandals with wrestlers that they pick and chose what they can overlook I guess. Who knows what Vince is doing lol
