Its the best advice here tbh if you are super anxious. One shot of whiskey is enough to get rid of the nerves and fear of the unknown. Then you will sober up quicker than not because it was one shot, which will match up perfectly with the feeling of everything being okay and everything working out while you meet them. I've lived om the southern Oregon Coast for 5 years. This was an especially cool summer. Average temp 60 degrees or so in the summer. . If it gets into the 70s we are all dying!

Can confirm, am anxious person, and it's the sort of situation that would make anyone anxious even if they weren't generally that way.
