I have a silly question... if I run HitFinder (orwhatever) on my Surface, will it help with PE's and script lag etc? I mean two diff computers running those scripts won't interact, right?

No, the PREs come from the account, not the computer, so if you're running two computers you're still calling to your account and getting PREs
