today has defiantly been slow for me compared to the past 2 weeks. i cant seem to catch a hit today to save my life. really confusing considering i usually would of heard hit caught about 100 plus times today but only heard it about 3 times.

I don't really want to homeschool, I think he would benefit way more from going to school, but I'm just too nervous to send him with Covid still climbing like it is. I'm still worried I'm going to set him back by keeping him home, though

Hi...I haven't been on for such a long time, but I have to say something about this. I homeschooled my grandson for kindergarten and 1st grade. In CA they had online schools that provided books and internet access. It saved all the red tape of actual homeschooling. I can tell you that my grandson was way ahead of the other kids in all kinds of ways when he finally went to in person school. We went out almost every day to museums, parks, etc. We picked flowers and identified them, pressed them and put beautiful fallen dragonflies in jars , etc. I did things with him that public schools don't have time for. Now there are so many online events that I'm guessing you could find friends for him online.
