I caught that and the $3 one I'd Panda'd for a few days because I kept seeing it come back. Quite a bit of writing, but they were both worth it for the amount I thought.

So I got me a new crockpot that I haven't used yet and am really wanting to use. But I'm trying to cut back our meat consumption, so digging around for good vegetarian recipes.

It's all soups. I mean, I know how to make soups. I don't need a recipe for that.

Or icky stuff I won't eat like stuffed peppers. Ewww.

Struggling to find some good vegetarian recipes so I can use my fancy schmancy new kitchen toy.

Crock pots are great for cooking dry beans so you could start with a batch of those and when they are close to being cooked throw in the rest of the ingredients.

I think perhaps the first round of experiments got the payment quicker, or the first time slot... maybe to test and make sure the process worked? I did mine Wednesday and I'm still waiting.

That's good to know. I did mine Monday but I'm not really expecting them to pay out until sometime next week or so. Knowing me, I'll probably forget about it and then get a renewed sense of excitement whenever it shows up in my inbox

Vegetarian burrito?

I was actually thinking of making the vegetarian version of the chili my son loves so much (which starts with dry beans!). All I need to do is leave out the ground beef! He'll never notice if I toss in some barley.

I don't like chili, so I won't eat it, but I know my son would love it.
