If you put all the empty cans of diet coke in front of your window they can block out the sun and the heat too, and as a bonus when people walk into your house they will wonder what the fuck is wrong with you.

So it cuts down on repeat visitors bothering you. Nice.

Question for scripters and/or other people: If I learn more javascript will that help me see the opportunities where a script would be useful (to turn a bad batch into a good batch)? Or is that something to work on separately.

I'd imagine knowing more about what a script can or cannot do (or what kind of script you're capable of writing) would give you more insight into how to improve a batch.

Yeah, although you will start thinking "hm, I could make this batch decent with a script.... but it will probably only post once or twice and making a script would take 15+ minutes so is it really worth it..."

I've had this happen so often with AHK. "This batch is disappearing quickly and I'll probably never see them again, if I stop to script it I'm just going to miss out"

It helps a lot. That oren cohen batch that is up now is a good example, much better with a script.

To an extent. Plus once you have a script that does something you can quickly copy and paste it into another script, so the more you do the faster you can throw stuff together from ones you have
