Thats the only reason I can think that they did it because I watched the video and was just honest with my answers.

I've done that with several Rs. Every once in a while my "Scots" temper raises it's ugly head when working on an "abrasive" HIT and I am compelled to tell the R what I really think.... politely, but very, very firmly. I don't recall any that rejected me as a result. As a matter of fact, I quite often receive a "We're sorry you feel that way" eMail.
