Around the 80s here but it's lower due to the tropical storm blowing by us. It floods quite badly in South Tampa that they shut down the base and I didn't have to go into work tonight. My car would not have made it to work due to the flooding being that I have it lowered with about 2.5" clearance.

Stay safe. I know the cooler temps are welcome though

Trying to refinance our house so we were listing our income to the loan officer at the bank, and I get to my mturk earnings and I just told her I was a private contractor working through Amazon. Not sure if that was what I was suppose to list it as, but she seemed cool with it. On our taxes it's listed as other income. Some things are better left unsaid.

How long have you lived in your home? My wife and I are fed up with our HOA neighborhood and we're looking to sell our house in a couple years and just rent for a while. I thought about refinancing and then renting out the property too but not sure if I want to go that route.

9 years in this home. We're wanting to refinance to a 15 year so we can pay it off quicker.

Most will say to hold onto your house for about 7 years before doing anything. I'm not sure why other than you build up some equity t put somewhere else.

Make the pool into a sweet skate park and tell all the neighborhood kids it's five bucks a day to use it. Boom. House paid off in like 1 year.

Erm, sorry to point this out, but it should be Schedule C self-employment income, 'other income' is not the right way to file turking income... means you've been under-paying your taxes and ought to go back and file amended returns ASAP to correct it.

Thanks for the information. I think that's what we did but I will double check it.
