Your comment is why the filters are so helpful lol. Luckily I can retrain my eyes to make all of it disappear again
LOL! Honestly, that was a good burn and now I wish you'd post more. If all you want to see are the HITs and not to interact with the community, then there are other much more efficient ways to do this such as Hit Notifier: https://beta.hitnotifier.com/

Hopefully, you're also using other tools, such as Mturk Suite, or HIT Forker, because all of the HITs you see on the forum, tend to appear on either of those tools at least 5-10 minutes before they make their way to the forums.
thanks for the sarcasm-not-sarcasm
No seriously, not sarcasm! I lurked super hard on MTC for my first few months and posted next to nothing for my own reasons. I feel like there's a certain poetry to your previous post that really cuts right to the core of the challenges of modern online community interactions, so I really do love your post.

That said, my own experience has been that once I started interacting more with other Turkers who know more than me and make more than me, then I progressively learned how to become much more efficient at Turking and really boosted my earnings. More importantly, I was able to make more on MTurk in less time, so I was more free from being glued to my screen watching for other people to post HITs.

...But I respect that everybody has their own goals and their own preferences for how to accomplish things, so you do your thing and I'll do mine.

Thanks, and the help I've gotten from everyone on my original question reminded me how friendly and helpful the people on this forum are. I only filter out comments when I'm in a hurry and not really here to read, skim through everything and enjoy some of the humor here, or it just gets ridiculously off the topic ($$$). I have learned a lot here and I'm grateful for it. Even from your comment, and thanks for the advice.

That said, in the time you wrote all that, I just made $3.50.

kidding, thanks again

We have a updated forum software. You have to use BBCODE for now until MTS gets updated to fix the hit export to MTC's updated forum.
Thanks! There isn't much that's worth anything on there right now to post....but I have faith it'll pick up!

Probably will pick up after I go to bed in a few mins.

Made fairly easy $3.25 today already (when I'm lucky to get $2 before bed) but then AMTs died so it's killed my thinking if I wait another 30 mins or hour I could hit a five spot before bed.
