The one thing that drives me nuts is that I fiddle with my Dell 2412 monitor's brightness & contrast every single day. Wish I could get a fix on that. I never know if I'm needlessly straining my eyes. Tried calibrating but didn't work well for me.

I bought a pair of those Gunnar yellow tint glasses and they really helped with my headaches and eye strain. they were like 50 when i got them. worth it though.

these are the ones i got https://gunnar.com/product/phenom/. good quality, they smudge very easy though. i've had them for a year or so and they still look new and i wear them every day.
