Love the 1978 original! The later TV series was interesting but the original movie was a wonderful rendition of the book IMO.

I found the TV series (which is on Youtube) a few years ago, but it didn't have the same magic. I much prefer the book, and the movie is wonderful in its own regard. Once I get my first tattoo, my second is going to be the Black Rabbit of Inlé. (I promised my eldest I would wait until she's 18, so we can get our first tats together. They won't be matching, but they will have the same meaning behind them.)

I love that idea! I don't have any tattoos as I had TB as a child which required many scary injections and am still deathly afraid of all needles. But I do support all literary ink!
