I've been getting that with B4 Mech Turk HITs, and others, for a while now. Annoying for sure.
Edit* Just caught one, and same deal this time around.

I did, and I qualled out. It's the same HIT. I actually just emailed the R about it because I think that's some serious BS. It took longer than 10 minutes. I hope they don't ban me as a result. Tried to be as nice as I could even though I'm kinda pissed.
