I took one that said it would show "upsetting images", I thought the researchers were just being careful and that I'd mainly get sad images and such. Nope, full-on gore, dozens of images of that. I guess I can't say I wasn't warned.

I took one like that advised me they were going to show 70 traumatizing images. Saw 5 and tossed it back.
