There are quite a lot of mentions of rejections in their TO, but they were all for different HITs. No mentions of any rejections on these particular ones. I'd use caution either way.

It's great because we *already were* in a very gentrified area, the complex is already 'luxury' lol. And god help you if you want to buy a home for less than $500k.

I am not good at opinion hits... ambiguity in HITs generally means I get rejections. So going to stick with the CCB I have left and the tracing hits up.
