I got a rejection from David Lick's .25 survey

I'm trying to wrap my head around how I got the payment code incorrect.

There have been a few surveys recently that have been spitting out codes at the end even if you get screened out. I've been returning them, but maybe it was accidental?

EXACTLY! I sent him a message, but now I'm looking at the TO, and I fear that I may have to just eat the rejection.

Did anybody else get a rejection on the Shira women in business survey yesterday? I just woke up to this:

What is the latest info on how a requester can reverse a rejection? I haven't kept up with the latest and don't want to send this kind requester the wrong format. And also does anyone have the link to how she can set up quals to prevent retakes? Thanks so much for any help. I am searching but this info sometimes updates and I don't want to sent the wrong info.

I think its weird they don't automatically assume i'm going to say "I'd do me, I'd do me so hard". Why do other people react differently than that?
