I've lost 5ish pounds in the past two weeks by just reducing my portion sizes/snacks until I got used to it and wasn't as hungry. Easier than exercising!

Low carb diet helped me immensely.
I lost 20 pounds doing that. If you lower it to 70g or less a day, you'll lose weight....like everyday.
Thats what happened to me.

The thing is when youre on a low carb diet, chances are your caloric intake will be lower as well
Get your carbs from veggies and fruits.
A lot of carbs just arent actually good for you
