I don't know, I did this qual a while ago so I was not qualified to do this hit. It was just on my scraper so I was able to post it.
Usually quals like this don't tell you if you are qualified. They collect the data and once that is done assign a qualification for a longer survey to those who meet the criteria they are seeking.
