I need a longterm solution for avoiding burnout like holistic healing, meditation, or adrenaline shots in my eyeballs
Get out and go somewhere. Go watch a movie, or visit a museum, or just wander around, go see some nature. Changing your surroundings can change the way you think about things. Go hang out with friends if you're one of the three people in MTC that has friends, as long as you're not in front of the computer where you work for hours a day every day. That'd be like hanging out at the office after your shift is done, it just brings you down.

I don't know...but just from what I've seen, you might have been grinding too hard the last couple months.
I'd say have more weeks where you only work 2-3 days that week...just pepper those in whenever you're not really feeling it.
That's what I've been doing to avoid burnout this year.

when I'm burnt out from hanging around on the forum doing pretty much nothing, I sometimes change things up and start working on hits on mturk.

hope that helps!
