You can try this. I'm not sure if anyone that signed up today actually got quals, but you can try signing up there and they should hopefully assign you your qual the next time they give them out. I believe the requester also posts on TH/TV from time to time, so you could look for them there as well.

I think some said it took a while for the email to show up. Also, it may go to your spam folder.

TH/TV is the forum that's attached to TurkerView. It used to be called TurkerHub, but I guess it's just TurkerView now?
