I signed up for Scribd, got overwhelmed by the selection (yay anxiety!) and never ended up using it. It, um, it looks great, though?

They do. But often the books i want are not available or I don’t finish them fast enough. But I could use that more. Hm.

(Libraries often don’t have unlimited license. They can only check out so many copies of an audiobook just like a physical book.

Our library rocks as we have a bunch of digital subscriptions for movies and tv, too! Those are very popular. We also get tickets to popular places and give out so many per month for free.

I’m on the library foundation board and we help fund these things when the library needs our help . )

I'm being tormented by a smoke alarm somewhere in the house. The low battery chirp happens rarely and randomly. It's day 3 and I still haven't figured out which one it is.

Do you have a "cable box" kinda thing in your place? We have some beastly Verizon thing in our closet that beeps when it's "low on battery" but it's for a landline or something. Anyhow it beeps and we thought it was the Fire Alarm for a while.

Do you have a "cable box" kinda thing in your place? We have some beastly Verizon thing in our closet that beeps when it's "low on battery" but it's for a landline or something. Anyhow it beeps and we thought it was the Fire Alarm for a while.

The chirping is definitely nowhere near the TV setup. It's DirecTV so I don't know if that matters. I think it's coming from either one of the two in the hallway, the master bedroom, or the one we haven't put on the wall yet. I've been carrying that one around most of the day. haha

That is certainly the most logical, but batteries have recently become sacred in this house with the new addition of RDRII (controller batteries) and all the crap kiddo is going to need AA's for next month. Plus, it's kind of funny how intermittent the chirp is for now..

Our box isn't near the tvs/computers either. IDK if other carriers use the dang things, I looked it up and mine is a Fios box.

I always bring it up whenever someone has a beeping issue b/c it took us a really long tearfilled time to figure it out!
