I'm around! Cheer isn't over yet. They placed 2nd at the State Competition and have Regionals this weekend. If they place 1st or 2nd on Saturday, they go to Nationals in Florida in December. I'm exhausted. LOL.

It's probably true, and there were probably a lot more fires (maybe not as severe) before we stripped away half the forests that used to grow in CA.

I can't find the data quick enough, but in the US forest coverage is up DRAMATICALLY over the last 100 years, for more than one reason.

Slightly less in CA than two weeks ago, obviously.

Are you using the beta of TM? I'm on Chrome Beta and was using the TM beta and it was crashing left and right. Went back to the regular TM and alls been fine ever since.

Or whichever version of TM you're using, you could try the other.

Nothing worked. It crashes whichever combo of betas and stables I use for Chrome and TM. Very weird.

So now I've gone back to the thing I don't like doing. I now run Panda Crazy in Firefox because TM doesn't crash in Firefox (though it does eat up more and more memory, so needs frequent restarts), and then the main stuff in Chrome.

The totally weird thing I can't figure out is Hitscraper with Export script. I install it with TamperMonkey. But then if TM crashes, Hitscraper keeps running. Also, when TM IS running, and I go to the Hitscraper window, TM says "No script is running", even though Hitscraper is happily scraping... does this just happen for me. Does Hitscraper somehow run "outside" TM?

Have you installed Prolific Assistant? Checks at intervals and notifies you when something pops up.
